we will let you know how it goes. What works, and What Doesn't. Every possible bits of info. we can provide, we

1 & 2) Dyno Jet PCIIIusb
& Ignition Module
First parts Installed PCIIIusb and
then the Ignition Module. This was a
Must. It's a straight forward install. Just 2
plugs, Ground and TPS Tap. The PC had to be slide Back on the ECU,
because of the Seat. We wound up mtn. the Ign. Module under the Back seat.
This way when you want to plug in the USB Cable or the 9v PA to re-map
or Adjust the settings, you can just pull it out from under the seat for easy access.The PCIIIusb Allows you to remap
the Fuel Injection as well as turn on Fuel pumpaccelerator, to get rid of the Abrupt On/Off Throttle hickup.
The Ign. Module allows you to advance or retard the Ign.Map, so as to get MORE
POWER. - IN

3) HYPER WHITE XENON BULBS The Hyper White Plazma Bulbs put extra
Wattage and Illumination on the Road is a Must Have. Not only are these Bulbs
brighter than stock, they have a Bluish/White Hue, similar to the New BMW & Mercedes
Lights. This makes for more definition on the road surface at night. They also
look very cool. The R1 takes (4) H7 Bulbs.
We have sold these for 04-07 R1 for over 4 years, with NO Problems. So, no
worries about the extra wattage. The Amp Draw is almost the same as stock,
and THAT is what makes them safe.
(Sorry, we do NOT Carry the Wedge Style Running Light
bulbs in the corners. We ONLY Sell the Headlights)
4) SATO
Rear Sets
All the guys at Our shop have Road Raced or do Currently Road
Race. So, we all Must have Reverse Shifting (GP Shift).
Once you have Tried Reverse Shifting, you will never want to go
back to standard Again. So, we installed SATO Rear Sets.
These are Awesome Rear Sets that
allow BOTH Standard and Reverse Shift
on the same kit.
This Kit is Fully Adjustable and Multi Piece Design.
Meaning, if you brake something, you don't have to buy a
whole new Kit. Notice the Very Trick Cam
style Linkage Allowing the
rider to swap between Std. and Revere Shift. These kits, are VERY, VERY adjustable. Almost too many
options. Which is a good thing.
SOME USEFUL INFORMATION TO NOTE: When
INSTALLING The Sato Rear Sets be sure to Make notes What your STOCK Settings are. Meaning, How high off the your STOCK Foot
pegs, and toe pieces are from the Ground, when your bike is level.
Preferably on a Race Stand. That way, when you install the SATO Rear Sets, you
have a good starting point to work with.
Your STOCK Rear Sets have approx. 5.5" between the Foot Peg and the Toe Pieces,
C to C. So, that is also something to note, when setting up your New Rear
Sets. On Average, your toe piece is 3" - 3.5" lower then your foot pegs. But,
that can vary depending on your personal preferences.
These Kits come with a Hydraulic Brake Switch to replace the stock one.

5) Dyno Jet Quick Shifter
(DQS)
Allows the Rider to shift the Bike At FULL Throttle and NO Clutch,
without stress
to the Transmission.
At the exact time the Rider Starts to shift the Bike, the Quick shifter
detects the movement, and cuts the Fuel,
For a Split Second allow the Transmission to unload as the rider completes
the shift.
A MUST for Racers or Hard Core Street Riders, who want to shave every second
off their times. Or Just have Fun.
Works great for Stunt Riders as well, who don't want to worry about the clutch on
the upshifts. Even if you Just ride on the STREET, you will LOVE
this product. It makes riding soo much more enjoyable. Trust us.

6) Galfer Stainless Steel Brake Lines
These are a no brainer. The Stock brakes are great. But, with SS
Lines installed they are off the chart.
When you squeeze your brake lever a large part of the force goes into the Rubber
lines, and expands them.
This takes away the Total pressure applied to you Caliper Pistons. Thus, you
lose stopping Power. With Stainless Steel Braided Lines, nearly ALL the force goes into the Calipers.
Giving you the most stopping power. Put it this way. It can mean the
difference between running into the back of the car that just pulled out in front of
you OR Stopping 10 Feet
Short. SS Lines are DUAL Line Off the
Master Cylinder for More Even Distribution of Brake Fluid. And Better
Stopping Power. These are A Must Have for us. We prefer Smoke Lines,
shown here, they match Nicely with the Black Swing arm, and Black Frame.... but
that is just our Personal Preference.

7)
Ohlins Steering Damper Kit Anyone who has an R1, and rides
it more then a few miles, knows the Stock Damper is Crap. So, we had to
pull that off, and put a
Ohlins Stock Mtn. Replacement on there. Because it's OEM Mtn. there is
less Mtn. Hardware, which means, less expensive.
And you can easily adjust it, on the fly. Yet, it's out of the way, and
less chance to get stolen off your bike. >>

FRONT Signals The Stock Front Signals are
ugly. That is an understatement. So, they got removed. And we
installed these Very Cool Comp. Werkes LED Front Signals. They are OEM Fit
and take about 2 min. to install. best of all they come with OEM
Connectors as well.

9) Fender Eliminator
Kit We couldn't stand all that ugly plastic hanging down from
that Beautiful Tail Section. So, it had to go.
In place is this very Trick Fender Eliminator Kit. Yea, it's
a little pricey... compare to the Cheap Knock-Offs. But,you get what you pay
for. If you think your $11,000 R1 is only worth a $25 piece of
plastic, that looks like Crap.
Then get a knock of. But, We take pride in our bikes. So, we get the
BEST. And the Comp. Werkes FE Kits are the BEST.
Very well worth the money, when you see The end result.
There are 2 Kits available One that mtns. in the Back,
or One that mtns. above the Rear Fender. We chose the one that mtns. on top of the Rear Fender. Straight Bolt-on.
Just two Small holes need to be made to get the Turn Signal Wires, and the LED
Tag Light inside.

11) OHLINS SHOCK
Once you have ridden a bike with an Ohlins Shock you will never want to ride
with a Stock Shock Again.
It's hard to explain how much better an Ohlins is over Stock. Not until
you actually try it will you understand.

12) DYNO JET - WIDE BAND COMMANDER -
Dyno's Work Great to get a Good Base Map in your Power
Commander. But, they don't take into effect RAM AIR. Plus, they are very
expensive. These Days, they can be as much as $300 - $400. For about the same
price, you can Purchase a Wide Band Commander, and do it yourself.
So, you know it's done right. And go back and make changes if
necessary.
Since we want to get the Absolute Most HP out of our Bikes, we are going to install
the Wide Band Commander which Will allow us to get the perfect map for our Bikes. These
are very trick
A/F monitors that use a Bosche Wide Band O2 Sensor to measure REAL Time, accurate
A/F measurements On the Road. It's stores the information, so when you get back
to Your house, you can download the information to your computer and adjust your
PCIIIusb map accordingly. Best of all the
Akrapovic Evo already have a Bungle welded on the System for the Wideband Sensor. So,
you don't have to do anything, except screw it in. No Welding required. Very
Sweet.

MarchesiniFORGED Magnesium Wheels- The R1
STOCK Alum. Wheels are already super light. Look at the Hub portion of
your stock wheel, and you wll see it's completely Hollow. Yamaha saves
weight on the wheel buy removing it from the CENTER Hub area. That means, the
majority of the wheels weight is on the outer portion.
Farther away from the center. Which means, the Bike has to work that much
harder to Spin all that extra mass. The Marchesini weight is all in the
middle, which means, much less mass on the outer portion of the wheel.
Less Mass to spin = Faster Acceleration. You cannot beat The Improvements, of
these wheels. Your bike accelerates quicker, brakes faster, and Handles
better. Plus they look Great. We added a RENTHAL 520
Hardend Rear Sprocket to Match the
Marchesini Cush/Sprocket Carrier Bolt Hole Pattern, since it's different the
stock. Total Weight Savings was over 8 lbs combined for Both Wheels.
520 Chain Kit Conversion Since we are already all about the weight savings, it was
logical to swap over to a 520 Chain/Sprocket Conversion. This
lightens up the Drive Train, and increases acceleration. Since you are
getting a NEW Chain, it also allows you your choice of any sprocket sizes.. with
NO Limitation to the length of the STOCK CHAIN.. 520 Chain Kits/Sprockets ($179 +)
17)BREMBO 19x18 Forged Master Cylinder
w/ Reservoir, Hose, Brake Switch, and
Bracket.
Yes. we know. The Bike comes STOCK with a Brembo MC. But, we can
Promise you, It's NOT the same.
For starters its Cast Alum. NOT Forged. So it's weaker, and cheaper
made. 2nd it's too small of a piston diameter (16mm).
3rd it's specified to Yamaha Specs. Cheaper parts to keep the cost down (about
$45). Meaning, it's Not even close to the quality, feel and
performance of the Aftermarket Brembo Master Cylinders. The Feel of the
19x18 Forged Master Cylinder is 2-3 times BETTER then the stock one.
We also installed the Brembo Micro Switch, and billet bracket shown in the
Small pictures below to activate the Brake Lights.

Because the STOCK Master Cylinder is spec'd out to Yamaha Standards, it uses
different Threaded Banjo bolts, and different diameter Tubing and reservoir,
then the Aftermarket Brembo MC's.
So, A New Reservoir & Hose was installed and we replaced the Stock COURSE
Single Banjo Bolt with a FINE Threaded DOUBLE when installing our SS Brake
Lines. This gave the Bike a Rock Solid Feel. You cannot Beat it. BREMBO Mastercylinders - $235

18 ) CRG Brake and Clutch Levers
Since we
installed the BREMBO Forged Master Cylinder, we couldn't use a OEM CRG
Replacement. Instead we installed a CRG Folding Lever for Specific for the
Brembo MC. And on the other side we mounted a GP Clutch
It comes standard with a Folding Lever, and Rapid Action Thumb Clicker.
Very Cool. Looks amazing. CRG Levers are Carved from aluminum.
They are beautiful
as well as functional.

Following the latest development in
Brembo’s high performance kits programme, which broadly extends the
product range still further, motorbike enthusiasts are now offered a
rear caliper and bracket kit interchangeable with the
majority of OE assemblies fitted to Japanese and European supersport
models. Machined entirely from billet, the caliper body is the outcome
of exhaustive FEM calculations that optimize weight and stiffness. The
caliper is supplied complete with sintered pads —
currently the top option available on the market. Special care has been
taken over the need to achieve optimum control of the braking
action, even in conditions of poor grip that could be caused by
reduction of rear wheel weight during the braking action. The kit is
compatible both with OE brake master cylinders and with OE discs fitted
to all main supersport bikes.
In the case of Japanese supersport bikes
(SUZUKI, YAMAHA, HONDA and KAWASAKI), the kit includes
an adapter bracket that drops the caliper below the rear axle — its
usual position on racing machines. This helps to lower the centre of
gravity of bike and rider.

Auto Tune for Power Commander V
“Auto Tune” kits are available that include Wide Band O2 sensors and
control boxes. It will plug directly into the PCV and allow automatic fuel
adjustments. Auto Tune can make a map for each gear it can map each
cylinder separately for each gear if needed. (basic settings would make one
map for all gears) “Warm Up” fuel adjustment (unit reads engine temp
and allows fuel/timing adjustments based on it) Each map cell is
individually adjustable so you can specify an exact AFR value for each area
if needed. This allows the tuner/user to select specific AFR targets for
idle, cruise, and large throttle opening areas. By doing this you can
automatically tune the cruise area for best fuel economy while at the same
time achieve maximum power at wide open throttle.
If Dyno Jet does not have the exact map for your combination of parts you
simply need to choose the closest one and let the Auto Tune kit do the rest.
(if you have an very heavily modified engine and/or short drag pipes
verifying your settings on a dynamometer is recommended).

Shift Rod Sensors require the gear linkage tie-rod to be modified. We are developing a
range of tie-rods for the popular models, as well as universal tie-rods that are
specifically designed to give maximum adjustment, allowing a combination of different M6
right hand and left hand male and female threads over a wide range of 160mm to 280mm. This
will allow easy installation on many models as well as some custom rear-set applications..

Power Commander Ignition Module
for Power Commander USB’s,
are available NOW. These modules will plug directly into the PCIIIUSBs expansion port and the
bikes ignition coils. Dynojet Ignition Modules use the latest in direct coil driver technology. Both advancing and
retarding of the ignition timing at specific throttle postion and rpm combination will be
possible. In Advanced Mode, the tuner will be able to set the timing for each
cylinder individually.

allow the User to increase his Rev. Limiter of the Bike, Enabling them to

(Note, this does require a signed waiver form) The Power Commander Ignition
Module will be
available for popular sport bike models.
This does not apply to Harley Davidson model Power Commander USBs, as they include
ignition timing adjustment ability as part of the base unit..
The Dynojet Ignition Module is an “add on” accessory for
select Power Commander III USB. It allows you to control and adjust the
ignition timing of your motorcycles’ engine.
The Dynojet Ignition Module is connected to the PCIII USB with it’s built in
expansion port link and communicates via a CAN interface. As in the case of
the Power Commander, the Dynojet Ignition Module uses OEM style connectors
to plug in-line of the stock ignition harness so no cutting or splicing is
required.
The Dynojet Ignition Module uses “direct coil driver technology” and allows
a high degree of timing adjustment. In the Power commander Control Center
Software the user is able to advance or retard the ignition curve up to 10
degrees based on throttle position and RPM. It is also possible to alter the
timing for each cylinder individually if necessary.
The Ignition Module comes standard
with no adjustments made in the map for the timing table. Due to different
states of tune, fuel quality, and engine modifications we found it is best
to leave the ignition timing stock for safety reasons.
On motorcycles that have eight injectors and were not previously able to
benefit from the use of the Dynojet Quick Shifter, the Ignition Module now
allows this functionality. The Dynojet Quick Shifter is connected to the

The revolutionary aspect of the Brembo RCS19 Brake Mastercylinder is the ability
to choose between the 19x18 and 19x20 configuration. If you have read about Brembo Master Cylinders, you will know what these numbers mean and that there is a trade-off
between the two pivot configurations. Not to say that either configuration is
bad, but the rider had to choose between varying degrees of feel and power. Now
the rider can change the configuration to suit their needs. No more
compromises!
Another unique aspect to the RCS19 is itcomes
with a microswitch for the brake.
For racers, the adjuster knob has been relocated to the same position as the
19x18 Billet Folding Brake Master Cylinder that is used by Valentino Rossi and
Nicky Hayden in MotoGP and WorldSuperBike. Two springs have been installed to
ensure constant contact between the lever and the pushrod to ensure a longer
lifespan.
The Brembo 19RCS brake master cylinder retains features that made Brembo the top brake
system manufacturer today including forged CNC-machined construction and a

thickness than standard rotors. The braking surface features a
series of drilled holes to maximize performance and control when
braking while simultaneously reducing rotating mass with
consequent advantages in terms of machine handling. The braking
surface is connected to the carrier, which is machined from
solid aluminum and is the product of a comprehensive FEM
calculation procedure. The connection is achieved by means of
ten floating- type aluminum buttons, reflecting a strictly race
style engineering project. The kit contains the two rotors, and
a set of Brembo decals.

Following the latest development in
Brembo’s high performance kits programme, which broadly extends the
product range still further, motorbike enthusiasts are now offered a
rear caliper and bracket kit interchangeable with the
majority of OE assemblies fitted to Japanese and European supersport
models. Machined entirely from billet, the caliper body is the outcome
of exhaustive FEM calculations that optimize weight and stiffness. The
caliper is supplied complete with sintered pads —
currently the top option available on the market. Special care has been
taken over the need to achieve optimum control of the braking
action, even in conditions of poor grip that could be caused by
reduction of rear wheel weight during the braking action. The kit is
compatible both with OE brake master cylinders and with OE discs fitted
to all main supersport bikes.
In the case of Japanese supersport bikes
(SUZUKI, YAMAHA, HONDA and KAWASAKI), the kit includes
an adapter bracket that drops the caliper below the rear axle — its
usual position on racing machines. This helps to lower the centre of
gravity of bike and rider.
