Brembo HP & T-Drive BRAKE Rotors 

Brembo Rotors are constructed from stainless steel and feature a drilled design, full floating buttons and anodized gold carrier. Brembo's drilled rotor design runs cooler and reduces the rotating mass yielding better braking performance. Additionally, the full floating design allow the brake rotor blade to stay 100% in contact with the brake pads to maximize friction during braking. Brembo rotors are designed as bike-specific kits and come in OEM-spec and oversized kits.

 BREMBO "HP" ROTORS


The Brembo HP floating rotors were developed specifically to provide owners of Japanese Sportbikes (HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI, KAWASAKI) with the maximum performance levels on the street and on the track. The new rotors are available in three diameters and are of greater thickness than standard rotors. The braking surface features a series of drilled holes to maximize performance and control when braking while simultaneously reducing rotating mass with consequent advantages in terms of machine handling. The braking surface is connected to the carrier, which is machined from solid aluminum and is the product of a comprehensive FEM calculation procedure.  The connection is achieved by means of ten floating- type aluminum buttons, reflecting a strictly race style engineering project. The kit contains the two rotors, and a set of Brembo decals.

BREMBO  "Racing"  Rotors



Supersport discs, developed to provide the highest possible performance on the road and on the track, are available with a rotor measuring 34 mm in width and oversized to 5.5 mm in thickness, fully interchangeable with the original components without any modifications. These are fully floating discs consisting of a rotor in thermally treated steel (capable of resisting extreme thermo-mechanical stress) and a housing machined from billet aluminium alloy.
In combination with Brembo Z04 brake pads these discs have won numerous SuperSport Championships, including the 2012, 2011 and 2009 editions. The complete range of Brembo SuperSport discs can also boast the approval of the renowned TUV Certification Body which means they can be used on public roads in all countries that recognise this certification.
The Supersport discs are available both with the same diameter as the original discs, to which they are totally interchangeable, as well as with greater diameter, for which the appropriate spacers must be purchased separately. For more information please contact your local dealer.

FRONT BRAKE DISCS
This pair of front brake discs are mounted only if combined with Brembo racing calipers with low track.
This pair of front brake called "pistabassa" disks has a diameter of 320mm, a thickness of 6.75mm and a Rotor height 30mm
A Rotor height "Low" involves a more decisive and precise braking.

“T-Drive” disc concentrates the most recent Brembo Racing technologies and knowhow, until now exclusive of MotoGP and SBK. A special “T” profile of the eight connections between rotor and drum is the innovation that makes “T-Drive” discs so different from traditional versions with cylindrical bushings. This particular coupling allows to transfer braking torque more efficiently and guarantees higher resistance to thermo-mechanical stresses. T-Drive system assures both radial and axial movements (full floating) for better performances and a weight reduction which gives a consistent improvement in bike handling. The new rotor is lighter (reduced height) and more efficient thanks to new position of holes with differentiated diameters.

Also the drum concretely cooperates to the achievement of the best result: produced in aluminium alloy through CNC machining, has been projected to guarantee lightness and stiffness.
