The new DaVinci Digital Dashboard has been
directly developed from the experience Starlane has acquired in the MotoGP,
Superbike and Supersport championships.

The new DaVinci Digital Dashboard stands out from liquid crystal display
full-screen systems (LCD) because of the exceptional readability of the
tachometer with new Ultra-bright LED’s. This solution makes it perfectly visible
even in case of direct sunrays or from a very angled view. Moreover, the LED
solution totally cancels the delay in signalling the engine speed, which is
typical of liquid crystal displays (LCD). The aerial and the GPS receiver –
totally built in the instrument and without any external accessory – enable the
user to activate the laptimer functionalities with times and intermediates from
GPS, i.e. without using any track-edge apparatus, and to acquire trajectories
for comparison on the PC. The solution with USB cable and the high-speed
Bluetooth wireless mode are both made available for computer connection.
The new Digital Dashboard DAVINCI-S has been developed directly from Starlane’s
experience in MotoGP, Superbike and Supersport championships.
Its black anodized aluminum body is shock absorbent, DAVINCI-S is different from
LCD widescreen systems because of its own rev counter particularly clear with
the new ultra-bright LEDs that make it perfectly readable even with direct
sunlight or from an angular position, moreover these LEDs avoid the delay in
displaying the RPM that usually affects the LCD systems.
The new universal dashboard is totally settable with bike’s parameters both from
the multipage menu and from the supplied DigiRace LE software.
As optionals are available the Plug Kits for the most common bikes that include
the connection loom that fits directly in the factory harness. Through the
supplied software Digirace-LE it’s possibile to download lap times (triggered by
the Infrared Kit accessory) and maximum values for Speed, RPM and Temperature,
all the data can be saved in a file and printed.

DaVinci is complete with the SAFD (Starlane Automatic Finish line Detection)
innovative function Starlane has developed for automatically positioning the
finish line on the main straight stretch without requiring the user’s action,
even on unknown tracks.
The GPS Track Analysis window shows the circuit with the path drawn by the
driver.
The RED zones show the ACCELERATION phases and the BLUE the DECELERATION.
The vehicle position is shown buy a yellow marker that can be positioned at will
with the mouse or moved by the , keys.
You can make an overlap of different tracks.

SETUP AND THE ANALYSIS AND PRINTING OF THE ACQUIRED PRACTICE SESSIONS.
The very easy and intuitive graphic interface of DigiRce-LE allows to set
dashboard DAVINCI-S parameters and to analyse in a quick and precise way the
acquired data.
DIGIRACE-LE main features:
Import of all the parameters manually set on DAVINCI-S and automatic creation of
specific configuration file utilizable on other similar bikes.
Lap times and practice sessions download with relative maximum values for Speed,
RPM and Temperature.
GPS track path analysis and comparison.
Analysis, Printing and file saving of downloaded data.
Reloading and printing of the previously saved sessions.
