TBparts HD Fork Assembly Set – HD Springs

These forks are built specifically for adult riders. The heavy-duty springs and upgraded internals eliminate the soft, pogo-stick feel of OEM kid-trail forks and deliver real front-end control for aggressive riding.

The damping rods are ported to match the heavier springs and lengthened for increased travel, giving improved rebound control and a more stable front end. We also integrated an OEM-style internal bushing/guide inside the fork bottom for added strength over stock CRF110 forks.

Installation & Setup Notes

• Forks ship with 15wt oil – drain and refill with 5.5oz of quality 20wt fork oil for best performance
• Replacement fork seals: OEM spec (TBW1598)
• Re-torque axle nuts after 15 minutes of ride time (32 ft-lbs front / 47 ft-lbs rear – use blue thread lock)
• Check spoke tension after 1 hour (55 in-lbs)
• Avoid flat-landing large jumps (similar limitations as OEM hydraulic forks)
