Shipping: Shipping and Handling will be added at the time of purchase. Merchandise will Almost Always be sent out within 48 hours, if not the same day of order if in Stock. FedEx & UPS cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Availability: We do our best to insure adequate inventory levels, but product availability is subject to prior sales. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we make every effort to get the Product to your Store and Shipped out to you as quickly as possible OR substitute a like or similar item for the same price.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
APPAREL ONLY: When purchasing a Leather Suit, Gloves, or Boots, please do your best to chose the correct size. Since we cannot personally size you, measure you, or know what kind of fit you want, We WILL NOT recommend sizes for customers. Your are the best person to Determine what size you need. If at all possible, we recommend trying to find a local dealer, friend, or fellow racer who may have suits for you to try on before your purchase.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your Suit/Gloves/Boots do Not Fit after you have received them, we will gladly exchange it for another size from the Same Manufacturer (within 7 days of Receiving Your Order). The customer will of course be responsible for ALL Shipping Charges (To & From) that incurred from this transaction.
If you decide that you just want to send your order back, there is of course a Industry standard 20% Re-Stocking Fee. You MUST obtain an RA# before Returning your product. The shipping Dept. will Refuse any packages Without an RA#. They Will be returned back to you with No Credit Issued.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES (Excluding APPAREL): We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are ever any problems with an order you receive from us or you wish to return or exchange an item don't hesitate to immediately email or call us to resolve the problem And get a return Authorization number (RMA) for your merchandise. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we need to charge a fee for returns or exchanges.
To receive a Refund for merchandise less S&H and less 20% restocking fee, it must be new, unused, never installed or mounted and must include all of the original packaging. We also must receive this merchandise no later than 21 days from the date that you received it. There are no refunds after 21 days.
To receive a In Store Credit (Without a Restocking Fee) towards a future purchase or to exchange merchandise, the same conditions apply as with a Refund except there will be no Restocking Fee.
All shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise, must be paid by the customer. All returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid and include a return number (RA) on the outside of the box and must be shipped insured with payment for re-shipment on exchanges. All Returns MUST have A Return Authorization (RA) Number and be Received Back in the Original Packaging or they will not be accepted by our Shipping Dept. They Will be returned back to you with No Credit Issued.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY .. NO RETURNS ON: Any Fresh Air Exhaust (FAE), SUP, Windsurf, or Rigs, Wakeboards, WakeSurf Boards, Boots, Binding, Tow Ropes, SWIMWEAR or Special Order Items, OR Any Products that have been opened, tampered with or Installed or Used. We have to be able to Resell it.
Warranty: All Warranties are honored by the product Manufacturers. Please be sure to save your Invoices. In the event of a warranty claim, you will most likely be asked by the manufacturer for an original invoice. We will do our best to assist you with Any Warranty Claims.
