FEATURES:
Upgrade your front swaybar with the ultimate GT3 style drop link design. The custom attachment bracket allows for the drop link end to be connected to the strut at a much higher location than stock. This in turn allows for a longer drop link which provides significantly improved geometry.

Solid Rear Subframe Kit, 996/997




FEATURES:
Factory rubber suspension mounts have a lot of flexibility and cannot withstand the extreme loads applied to them during performance driving conditions. When these mounts flex, all of the suspension geometry changes making the car unstable and unpredictable. A very popular suspension upgrade is to replace these bushings with solid mounts like the ones found on the factory race cars. Fits all 996 and 997. In addition to eliminating the rubber bushings, this RSR style bushing kit also raises the subframe into the chassis by .5", effectively lowering the car by .5" without affecting the suspension geometry. Sold as a kit of 12 pieces, as shown, for all 6 mounting points.

Transmission & Engine Mount Insert Kit



The OEM engine mount was designed for ride comfort and is prone to sagging and tearing – above all, it is a detriment to performance. Its empty voids allow for too much engine movement, resulting in sloppy handling, numbed responsiveness, and imprecise shifting. Racecars utilize a solid metal mount to mediate this, which is impractical for street use as it transfers extreme noise and vibration into the cabin.
So how do you achieve the benefits of a solid mount while retaining daily drivability? These urethane inserts offer a simple cost effective solution. The durable urethane rubber insert simply slips into and fills and fortifies the empty voids of the OEM mount to prevent premature bushing wear and undesirable engine movement, all while transmitting minimal noise and vibration.
Installation can be completed with basic hand tools in about one hour. Pressing out the stock engine mount bushing is not necessary.

Semi-Solid Engine/Trans Mount



FEATURES:
Using the proven components from the 911 SS Engine mounts, these Semi Solid Engine mounts are designed to replace 1990 to 2009 engine mounts and the 986/987 transmission mounts.

These semi solid mounts offer more precise location than the factory RS mounts - and do so at a lower price. An ideal compromise between the harshness of solid mounts and the cost of the factory RS mounts.

The end result is a tighter feeling chassis, one with quicker left- right response, more predictable gear change precision and stability under braking. All with minimal increase in niose transmission.

The kit includes the correct M12 bolt to install these mounts as replacements for the Hyrdoelastic O.E. mounts (that uses an integral stud).

Two mounts required per car.
Technical Note: The M12 bolt through the Engine or Transmission mount should be tightened to 40 ft/lbs or 55 Nm for the 993/964 & 986/987 mounts, and 60 ft/lbs or 83 Nm for the 996/997 mounts. The M8 hardware should be tightened to 18 ft/lbs or 25 Nm using the original arrangement of washer and nut.

FEATURES:
The Boxster SS Racing Engine mount is designed for competition cars and offers maximum control of the drivetrain mass – without overt concessions to NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) . This competition series mount is installed within the original Boxster (986 or 987) mount, re-using the die cast aluminum housing and flat rubber isolator flaps that straddle the mount. Unlike Solid engine or transmission mount systems, the Semi Solid installation provides sufficient isolation from engine vibrations to protect your sensitive engine control electronics and instrumentation systems.
The Boxster SS Racing Engine mount uses a 3 piece design, where a pair of aluminum hubs are completely isolated from the alloy housing by the elastomer pillow (orange part). This flexible interface between the two solidly mounted brackets - engine and chassis - is the key to managing destructive vibrations from being transferred between systems.
Technical Note: The M12 bolt through the Engine or Transmission mount should be tightened to 40 ft/lbs or 55 Nm. The M12 Schnorr (serrated) washer should be installed directly under the head of the M12 bolt. The M8 hardware should be tightened to 18 ft/lbs or 25 Nm using the original arrangement of washer and nut.
Note: Factory housing shown is not included. A press and selection of press tools will be necessary to remove the O.E. rubber mount prior to installation of the SS Racing Engine Mount in the factory housing. Installation of the SS Racing Engine Mount requires no special tools.

Solid engine mounts are a smart upgrade to any track or aggressive street car, and were installed on Porsche factory race cars. Stock mounts are made of compliant rubber, and contribute to imprecise shifting and inferior throttle response. Solid mounts create slightly more interior vibration than rubber mounts, but securely connect the engine and transmission assembly to the car's unibody, creating a crisper throttle response and shifter feel. These solid mounts are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum for strength and light weight, and come as a pair with new Grade 8 mounting hardware. Sold as a set of (2)

Under-Drive Pulley, 986/987 & 996/997, to 08




Designed to slow down the power steering pump to prevent it from overheating in racing conditions, this pulley will quickly pay for itself by not just saving your pump, but also your weekend at the track.

The pulley is fully balanced and 4" OD at the belt tooth (a 27% reduction), the minimum OD to be BSR legal. Its weight has been optimized to be one of the lightest under-drive pulleys on the market today.

An additional benefit is increased power and torque across the entire RPM range.

The kit comes complete with the crank pulley and a new crank pulley bolt. Fits all 986, 987, 996 and 997 except GT3 or DFI (2009 on). Under-Drive Pulley 986, 987, 996, 997 and Turbo

Designed to slow down the power steering pump to prevent it from overheating in racing conditions, this pulley will quickly pay for itself by not just saving your pump, but also your weekend at the track.

The pulley is fully balanced and is a 16% reduction. Its weight has been optimized to be 1/2 that of any other under-drive pulley on the market today.

An additional benefit is increased power and torque across the entire RPM range.

A boss on the front of engine case will need to be cut down slightly to clear the smaller pulley size.

Brake Caliper Stud Kit

Upgrade your 986/996/987/997 with this Cup style brake caliper stud kit. A must have item for both club and pro racing. The factory bolts will quickly strip out the threads in the expensive wheel uprights, from removing the calipers for maintenance. The Cup style caliper studs will eliminate this problem and quickly pay for themselves. They also allow for quicker and easier caliper installation by guiding the calipers into position. Manufactured from aerospace quality 17-4 PH stainless steel for high strength and corrosion resistance. One kit includes 4 studs, nuts, and washers, complete for one axle. Two kits required for front and rear. See application chart below for size recommendations.
